My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The location was excellent for exploring the historic area and amusement park, but being right next to an active railroad line was a downside. The rooms were spacious enough for my family and neat, but the 'free' breakfast fell below standards. The service, though a bit delayed at check-in, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Rooms
8.0
The room was large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 semi-rambunctious boys. It was neat and comfortable.
Service

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and worked hard to accommodate us despite a delay at check-in.
Location

The hotel had a great location closeness to downtown historic Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, although being near the busy railroad tracks was a drawback.
Dining

The 'free' breakfast, although made to order, was below standards. The homemade pastries were a nice touch but overall not complimentary.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were not up to standard, with trash left uncleared and a musty smell lingering, the location near Colonial Williamsburg was really convenient for exploring the historic district. The service was hit-and-miss, and the dining options were not impressive.

6.6/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was very convenient, close to historic downtown and easy to access, but the dining options were limited and repetitive. The service, however, was exceptional, with efficient and professional staff who ensured our safety. The rooms were somewhat disappointing due to being dusty and not serviced during our stay, despite being close to the housekeeping office. Overall, it offered a good location and great service, but improvements are needed in room cleanliness and dining variety.

The room I stayed in was very dusty and not serviced during my stay. It was convenient for my 92-year-old cousin as it was located close to the housekeeping office on the first floor.
Service

The staff was excellent, efficient, and very helpful. They even ensured our safety and kept our belongings safe in a challenging situation.
Location

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to historic downtown and easy to access. It was a great spot, especially for walking to Colonial Williamsburg.
Dining

The dining options were limited and the same every day, offering only rubbery eggs and salty sausage. However, the breakfast was made to order with fresh ingredients.
